This is Canada's Ultimate Fly-In Fishing Trips

Fly-In Fishing Lakes and Maps

Polar Bear Outfitters is the premier Fly-In Fishing outfitters in northern Ontario Canada. There are few places in the world like the James Bay Frontier. Our lakes and river systems are pristine and support an abundance of healthy game fish. In Northern Ontario waters, the northern pike is it's dominant ruler, feasting continuously on an ample supply of walleye and yellow perch. Lucky walleyes can mature to be some of the biggest on record. Brook trout dwell in many of our rivers and streams and can occasionally be fished in smaller lakes.

When fishing on Stringer Lake, Barlock Lake or Yesterday Lake, please use single barbless hooks only. This is to protect our trophy pike population.

Guests of this untamed land are never the same after having experienced some of Canada's most secluded hideaways. Our modern outpost camps are both rustic and comfortable, providing you with the best of both worlds.

All of our lakes are deemed catch and consume.
