Fly-In Outfitters - Moose and Black Bear Hunting, Pike and Walleye Fishing
We manage our lake resources carefully. We decommission lakes when the fish populations indicate top do so. Every year we have lakes that are on conservation rest. We strongly advocate the conservation measure of catch and release. On some of our lakes we insist that only stainless steel barbless hooks are used to catch northern pike.
We are limited in the number of guests we can handle during one season. We are extremely busy people but we are a small operation. We make the best effort possible to keep our vacation prices at competitive levels. We are now suggesting that you book early for next year's fishing trip in order to gain availability of the dates that you want and the fly-in lake that you need to have that budget-conscious dream wilderness adventure you know we have for you.
For last minute pike and walleye trophy fishing shoppers, we will do the best we can to accommodate your natural impulse to catch huge fish. Just let us know how we can assist you in taking the express route to James Bay Frontier fun with Polar Bear Outfitters.

Polar Bear Outfitters has been in the business of flying guests to remote outpost camps for over 35 years. Polar Bear Outfitters was originally established in 1971 by local master carpenter Steve Konopelky ( whose passion was hunting and fishing ) and his wife Nicole ( a registered nurse ).
Drop tents were initially used at the outposts until fully equipped cabins could be built. Immediately Steve starting taking anglers and hunters to their dream lakes, catching fish and hunting like never before.
